Sometimes I send my email by gmail, but it fails to send my attachment.I
think I click the "send" too early.
Can you tell me at what time should I click the "send" after I have
attached a file in gmail?

you click attach, then browse, select the file > but now it isn't uploaded.
when you clock send it starts uploading, now you should wait.
sometimes gmail tries to autosave message>then the attachment is
uploading, while you write message.

just wait after clicking SEND, how much you must wait depends on size
of the attachment AND your internet upload speed.
if it fails>maybe your internet connectivity has shutted down for few
seconds or the size of the message (text+attachments) is bigger than
10MB. or you are trying to send executable files.

Whenever I attach anything I "save now" before I send and wait until the attachments show up as links instead of bold black text (IE) or browse boxes (Firefox). Then I send because I know the attachments have been uploaded to the server already.
