Darian - Academy Practice

I need a favor from someone please. I need someone to let the Academy
Coach know that Darian wasn't at practice last Wednesday because I'm
having a problem with kidney stones and haven't been feeling well. I
also need someone to let him know that we won't be at practice
tomorrow either because her recreational coach has scheduled our 1st
practice for tomorrow. Based on a follow-up email I think the day of
the week may change once we meet tomorrow but if it doesn't I guess
I'll be rotating practices.
