The BORDC has an open letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee about Elana Kagan's Supreme Court nomination which we posted about here.

They are pushing to ensure that she will help restrain executive power before she is given a lifetime appointment, and we couldn't support them enough in this issue, which is so central to the very nature of our democracy!
