BitTorrent access to Geograph archive

Bandwidth costs money, and we don't have much, so using BitTorrent to
distribute the entire archive has been appealing idea for some time,
and it's finally available!

Once the first volume has got a few seeds, I'll release the next
volume until we get up to date! If you're able, please help us seed
these torrents - even 10KB/sec is useful.
