Yeah, I saw that too. Actually sent them a message about those triangular panels. I see them making them by hand in the video, one at a time. So I asked if they have already discussed having the mix come out of an extruder on a bed and just cut panels out of the sheet. (Actually, that's how they make commercial tortillas, using a rotating die with circular blades.) You'd think this would have come up before, but you never know. Assuming that can be done without compromising the product quality, it would vastly reduce production time and perhaps allow them to offer the product to more people at a lower cost. I'm curious to see what they say.
