INTERNET CORNER: SOCIAL MEDIA

Social media is a fairly recent phenomenon on the Internet. It refers
to a new kind of web site where you interact with other people on a
social level.

Quoting from the web site: "Facebook is a social utility that
connects people with friends and others who work, study and live
around them. People use Facebook to keep up with friends, upload an
unlimited number of photos, share links and videos, and learn more
about the people they meet."
The cool thing about FaceBook is that it has allowed me to re-connect
with people with whom I had lost touch for ten, twenty, even thirty
years.
In addition, you can engage in recreational activities with your
friends, like trivia contests and board games.

CREATIVITY CORNER: ARTS & CRAFTS ASSOCIATIONS

Joining a local, national, or international association can introduce
you to a wealth if information about your favourite art form, in
addition to connections with kindred spirits.

BEADING CORNER: MARGIE DEEB COLOUR CHALLENGE
