Wednesday last, at the Quaker-meeting-house in Broughton, Mr. John STEED, steward of Chapel-Bank Collery near Workington, to Miss Sarah HALL of Broughton.

[According to the Quaker Register, John STEAD of Workington and Sarah HALL, Daughter of Isaac HALL of Little Broughton, married on 26 Nov 1777 at Little Broughton.]

Last week at Renwick in this county, Mr. Robert MONKHOUSE, master of the Fell Collery, to Mrs. TALLENTIRE of Scale-houses.
