Last week at Workington, by the Rev. Mr. ADDISON, Mr. John ATKINSON, to the amiable Miss BELL, of that place.
[According to the Parish Register Transcript, John ATKINSON, ship carpenter, and Susannah BELL married on 01 Feb 1779 at Workington. According to the Marriage Bond, he was aged 24 and she aged 25, both of Workington.]
Thursday last at St. Mary's, Carlisle, Mr. John WRIGHT, an eminent callico-printer, to Miss Margaret GOODFELLOW, daughter of Mr. James GOODFELLOW of the Red Lion, in that place.

Tuesday last at Harrington after a very short sickness, Mr. Andrew GREEN, in the 36th year of his age; greatly regretted by his acquaintances; his remains were interred at Cockermouth on Friday last.

Thursday se'ennight, at Lowsey in this county, Mrs. Julian BARWISE, wife of Mr. Osmotherly BARWISE; much lamented by the circle of her acquaintances.

Wednesday last, at Douglas in the Isle of Mann, Thomas DURIE, Esq. in the 58th year of his age, greatly lamented as a gentleman of the strictest honour and probity, and possessed of every good quality that adorns the Man and the Christian.
