Saturday last, in Duke street, Mrs. DIXON, wife of Mr. DIXON, Supervisor.

Lately at Workington, very suddenly, Miss CROSTHWAITE of that place.

Monday the 10th inst. at Ellerton, near Carlisle, Mr. Isaac MARK, aged 82, one of the people called Quakers: He had been upwards of forty years a farmer under the late and present Dukes of Portland, and was esteemed an honest man.

Last week at Stavely, near Kendal, Elizabeth BANKS, aged 78.—It is remarkable that in less than 20 years she made near 40 different wills for the disposal of about 160 l. all of which, it is supposed, will be set aside by the heir at law.
