Hello,

I have used GenMAPP-CS for some time, but these last days I cannot load and visualize the networks that I find by running GO-Elite.

Can anybody help me?

Hi Sara, this project is no longer funded nor actively supported, but we are still working on related projects including, Cytoscape, PathVisio and WikiPathways.

You could try installing a newer version of the GPML-plugin into GenMAPP-CS: http://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/gpmlplugin

But if that doesn't work, you might have to migrate to using Cytoscape (which is in a new 3.0 series) and which has a a newer WikiPathways App: http://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/wikipathways

Or to using PathVisio, which does some of the same things as the original GenMAPP: http://www.pathvisio.org/
