Tutorial links do not work.

Hi there,

I wanted to see if I can use GenMAPP CS as a replacement to IPA so I
downloaded the beta version on my laptop. Unfortunately the tutorial
links on your website do not work...

Also, most of my datasets originate from proteomics and I was
wondering if GenMAPP CS is suitable for this. From what I understood
on the website it is but I haven't found a section dedicated to
proteomics in you user manual...

Hi Max,

The server that hosts the tutorials is down for maintenance until 6pm
PST tonight. Sorry for the inconvenience.

While we don't yet have documentation specific to proteomics data,
GenMAPP-CS does work with proteomics data. GenMAPP-CS supports several
protein identifiers, including IPI and Uniprot/TrEMBL. You can see an
example of a combined use case where proteomics and transcriptomics
