Unable to load Network files

Hello, 

I have been able to use GenMAPP-CS very nice for some time, but these last days I cannot load network files from wikipathways.

I receive the error: Class.org.pathvisio.core.model.ConverterException: The file looks like a pathway but the namespace has not been recognized. This application might be out of date. 

Also via: load network from file: local, via gpml file or remote, via URL I'm not able to load the network.

I am able to load networks downloaded from PathwayCommons/Biopax, but I want to be able to use the wikipathways again. 

Can anybody help me?

You're right. We released a new version of GPML and a new version of the GPML plugin. There isn't a mechanism in Cytoscape (or GenMAPP-CS) to automatically notify or update, unfortunately.

Can you try downloading the latest GPML plugin from here:

http://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/gpmlplugin

And then replacing your current one in the GenMAPP-CS program directory (under plugins). Then restart GenMAPP-CS. 

Let me know if this doesn't fix the problem,
