I have a problem when I try to do a time course data analysis with genmapp-cs.
First I couldn't load a network from web or file in my pc, But i solved it downloading pgml plugin and I could work Howerver
when I create criteria set acording with manual and tutorials from oficial page, the results are sorted in different order that I want, I tried to change the criteria and order that Insert de criteria but always i get the same result with the same order.
What can I do? or What's the problem? Do I need download or update other plugin?

Hi Richard,

I'm glad you solved the gpml import problem.

The criteria set ordering for the "striped" view is still under construction and right now the order can't be controlled. I will update this thread once we have an estimated time frame for completing this feature. I am sorry for any inconvenience.

Regards,

Kristina

Hi Richard,

It may be a few months before this feature is completed in GenMAPP-CS. In the meantime, I recommend that you use PathVisio, which can be used to display data in this way. You can find PathVisio here: www.pathvisio.org.

You can see a couple of examples of this type of visualization in PathVisio on our publications blog: http://wikipathways.tumblr.com/

There is no tutorial for this feature yet, but basically you import your data and setup your color criteria for each time point comparison, just like in GenMAPP-CS. In "Visualization Options" in PathVisio, you then select "Advanced" and choose to display criteria for any number of time points. Let me know if you have any problems or questions.

Regards,

Kristina
