1. As I mentioned on March 25, we need south hose to be repaired/ replaced.  I do not know why it can take so long to fix this minor problem  if someone can just take action instead of taking all the time.  So I vonteenered to show the possibility to fixed it without shutting down the water in 1 minute, and replaced with a new hose in less than 20 minutes.  While the hose is the property of the garden, the green sprinkler in mine.  I share this with people who will respect me.  I think this proviso is fair.  If someone do not want to respect me, you are welcome NOT to use it.  You can take action to buy one for the club, or unplug and plug it back every time.

2. I do not know when did we all agree all flowers in one side all herbs in one side?  I against that because the true is:  almost none of the flowers can survive the winter, while most of herb can.  and the blossom season is pretty short for  a given type of flower.   If we do plant all flowers in one side, especially one in one type like someone suggested.  It will be ugly when all the flowers die together in the same time.   If we plant different types of herbs and plants, this kind of mess won't happen.

3. Not counting the west/east border and the plots parallel to west border, there are 17 plots inside.   Cynthia listed 16 of them.  I was wondering if the #17 is available, or reserve for some purpose?  If no one pay the fee to use it.  I say let's make it as the public plot, so we can grow thing there for sale.  I was told that some one will take care it as the public plot and share the grow-up with everyone, but I have never seen the sharing happening with the members last year.
