Fall Garden Party Date

I was looking at a calendar today, and I noticed the date we have the Fall Garden Party planned for is the same day as the next SOF meeting. While I'm not against missing the meeting, some students are obligated to be at this meeting to represent their student organizations. And since the last SOF meeting was cancelled, more students than usual will need to be there for funding requests that would have been made at the last meeting.

Is it too late already or should we consider moving the Fall Garden Party to another date or time?

Because our Garden Party starts at 5 and the SOF meeting isn't until 6,
I think that we should keep it the same. I know that only allows an
hour for some guests, but I think we should do it as soon as possible
because the weather may be too cold later....what do you guys think?
