startup needs technical help

I had a friend pitch an idea to me yesterday that sounded promising, but I can't take it right now because I've given all my rights to be innovative to IBM and would be poison for their project. I did agree to see if I knew anyone that was capable and interested. They need a programmer and technical lead to implement a prototype. This would mostly be image processing and taking real time green screen video and compositing in a background. There might also be some network code mocap data to deal with.

Probably not a lot of money  up front, but the players are well connected in the movie industry so there may be an opportunity for a percentage with some money up front. You would have to work that part out on your own.
