I've come up with the following guidelines for your game presentation.

You have approximately 10 minutes to give your presentation. Please show your game early in the presentation and leave time at the end for questions. You will want to run through one or two cycles of the game and if possible show more than one level. Here are some things that you may want to cover.

The story line of the game.
Any new technology you developed.
What were the biggest development issues?
Something you discovered that you want to learn more about?
Something you learned while developing the game?
How you would change the design if you were to start over?
How much time you spent on the game?
Was the game worth it to develop?
Will you continue development?

This is not a complete list just some rough ideas of topics you can cover.
