10.0 beta 20150401.4 - waypoints not locked to tracks anymore.

Love the new icons, the crisp font, and folder instead of the filing cabinet and the +folder for adding a folder.  I think I've got a whole bunch of folders made from the last beta, so I'm not sure how behavior has changed.  

I did notice that the old behavior of waypoints being associated with a track is missing/modified?  The new method of bundling in a folder is fine, perhaps better (So I can regroup waypoints outside of the track limitation). But I was moving tracks around and the waypoints didn't move with them.  Either give folks a head's up or have a confimation screen (do you want to move all contents) - eh, maybe not, just include in directions??  I dunno.

Also, perhaps a way to move a folder up to the top level?  I accidentally moved a folder into another folder, and was trying to put it back to the top level, but had to make a new folder instead - minor issue, but something to consider, though I don't know how it would fit in the menu??

Bunch of crashes, but i assume you're getting that data.
