iOS manual now available as PDF

Hey folks,

We now have a way to generate a PDF of the manual.

Here is the PDF for the iOS version, and the Android version will be available shortly: http://www.gaiagps.com/static/manual.pdf

We will also link this in the main user manual, so people can discover it.
