鉴于大多数人同意周二晚上开会，我们这周日的会议取消，改回下周二晚7-9点，也就是2009年8月11晚，地点不变，see you next time!

Dear all:
I am sorry that I didn’t minute last meeting in time, as my PC had broken.
We have change our meeting time back to every Tuesday evening , last meeting, we have four members and three guest attended our club , Wenny Sami Andrew ,most welcome to them .
Although we only have 7 members attended this meeting, but we still have a good meeting,
Denny as a professional toastmaster, conducted the entire program very well and made the meeting proceeded smoothly .
For the table topics sections, Ted prepared some good questions; this was a special table topics parts , as every member had several opportunities to practice and express ourselves . I think our oral English and communication skills could get better and better through attending our meeting.
Cindy as a wonderful table topics evaluator ,given our very detailed evaluations ,we all got benefit form her words.
I prepared a speech to introduce my Happy valley trip, because there are a lots thing that I want to say, as a result, I spoken too fast and I will pay more action next time.
Anyway ,we enjoyed our meeting ,we learnt from our meeting, all members ,come back and join with us ,looking forward to seeing you next Tuesday. 1st Sep.
