Your Version of Wix Stores Is No Longer Supported

Important Reminder: You're receiving this message because one or more of your sites is using an old version of Wix Stores. This version is no longer supported.
Note: Any Wix Stores sites in your account created after January 2016 can carry on selling as usual.

From October 15, 2020, Wix Stores sites created with the old version will be made inactive and removed. This means that the store will no longer be displayed and you won’t have access to information in this version, nor will Wix. Learn more.
Important: If you have site(s) with both the old and new versions of Wix Stores, we will only remove the old version of your store. You can continue to use the newer version as usual.

If you have an old store and want to continue selling with Wix, here’s how.
Step 1: Download your Product Catalog & Info

Step 2: Download your Store Order History

If you have an old store and want to continue selling with Wix, open this email from desktop and follow these steps:

Step 2: Download your Store Order History

|
To ensure none of your data is lost, download and save your product and order data from your Old Online Store(s) before October 15, 2020:

Only sites with the old version will appear in the site list.
|
|

To download the product data, click Get eCommerce Products Data under each site.
|
|

|
Important: Enter each site separately to download the store information from each domain.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Step 3: Follow the guide to add the Wix Stores app (Note: You will need to install the Wix Stores app separately for each site using the old version.)

|
Step 4: Now, upload your product catalog.
|
|
|
