Good news: I lost 1.2 pounds this week and have seen a new low on the scale: 155

Bad news: I missed my goal by about half a pound

Good news: I lost weight this week, and generally did well on my last week of Game On!

I would like to point out, that as always, I beat weight goal by almost a pound :P. Look out the polar bear is unstoppable!!

I am even weird for a dude. Most men even hit a plateau at some point but I have seemed to be able to cruise right through. I feel very lucky about that.

I had the same exact problem. Lost a full pound in what seems to be fat, but still missed my goal by .6 pounds. *shrugs* Frankly I just wanted to not gain too much weight after making weight last week, so that works.
