Since I can't brag about weight loss (yet)  I wanted to share a few things I learned (and you may all already know) while trying to cook some Game On friendly but interesting dishes. (and maybe brag about my cooking)

1) Brown rice pops like corn when you dry cook it to make brown rice flour

2) I can make flour!

I made an awesome thai chicken larb (laab) whatever with the brown rice flour (less than 1/4 cup for the entire dish which is at least 4 servings)  if you haven't had it before it's a spicy limey ground chicken dish with onions green onions mint and basil.   I put it in lettuce cups too for some greens- also had some greens on the side.

3)  this one I learned the other day, so cool (and you all probably know this already too) but I was skeptical and then stupidly giddy when it worked

I love genmaicha tea. It has dry cooked brown rice in it. Yummy!

You rock! Isn't it fun to make stuff like flour? My grandmother would just shake her head at us right now... ;)

That chicken sounds delish!

And SO COOL re removing the egg yolk! Thank you :).

Andrea.
