That is a bonafide baby picture of me. I was a remarkably large baby (9 pounds 11 ounces at birth) so by this point I was probably about 10 pounds.
I lost an entire baby me! *impressed*

I have lost an entire human head (during GO). 9 pounds.

Since I started this journey a couple of years ago, I've gone from 199 to 183. So 16 pounds have been shed permanently. The last 9 pounds have been the most significant IMO. My body seems to be changing pretty drastically. My flesh is different. Feels like the composition is not the same.
