Dear Kendrick,

I have a design matrix where the onsets are specified in seconds, thus onsets is a cell array of cells: {{C1_1}, {C1_2}, ...}.

If I want to add extra regressors such as correct or incorrect responses, do these have to be specified in seconds like the design matrix or in TRs? In the documentation it says like the design matrix, in SPM you would supply them in TRs. I suppose that's explicit enough, I just want to make sure that's correct.

Regards,
Glad

Yes, the <extraregressors> input works only for matrix-specified regressors (in units of TRs).

So I either create a design matrix with onsets in units of TRs or keep the units in seconds and don't add regressors.

No, I think you can mix and match.  That is, if you specify a design matrix in seconds, the code internally converts it into a matrix representation.  So having the <extraregressors> in a matrix representation is OK.
