Create Design Matrix that match data

Hello

I want to use GLMsingle. I know that the function requires the stimulus design matrix to be specified in "lock" with discrete fMRI volumes. I had an event-related design in which conditions do not exactly coincide with the TRs of the data, and conditions are not evenly spaced (they are jittered). So, first, I need to find an evenly spaced design matrix that contains all the randomly spaced conditions, and then I need to resample the data so that its size is the same as design matrix.
 
Does anyone has suggestion for these two problems?

I forgot to say that I have the onset times of conditions. I need to convert them to a binary design matrix before using GLMsingle.
