Hi,
While running example1 in the toolbox, i am getting an error "Undefined function 'makeimagestack' for input arguments of type 'single'".
Please help me how to resolve this issue. I am using MATLAB R2014a version.

Thank you for this help,
Regards,
Priya

Hi,
Looks like you are missing the utilities from your MATLAB path.  Did you add GLMdenoise and its subpaths to your MATLAB path?

Hi,

I'm also getting an error when running example1 (and 2), but it's seemingly unrelated to the path / access to utilities. The error:

Reference to non-existent field 'residstd'.

I took a look at the GLMestimatemodel script to see if there might be a clue as to the origin of the error there, but I didn't see a problem.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Krista -

Whoops, I had accidentally introduced a bug a day or so ago. I have now checked in the minor bug fix. Should work now?

Thank you, Kendrick! I recloned the up-to-date repo and that error is no longer an issue.

However, now I get a message saying:

Unrecognized function or variable 'constructbutterfilter1D'.

Should this function be in the utilities folder? It does not appear to be.

I see that it is in knkutils. Would it be alright to port that function over to glmdenoise? I wasn't sure if there were any substantive differences between the intended implementation in glmdenoise and in knkutils.

Thank you!

Thanks for the heads-up, sorry for the annoyance.

I have updated the GLMdenoise repo (utilities/) with the requisite functions (essentially just an identical copy).  If you do a git pull, things should be okay now?

All of the examples work now. Thanks for your quick responses!
