Apparently Kawasaki has put the Voyager project on the shelf for now.
Its unlikely they'll be able to produce a tourer for at least another 3
years.
I think they've missed an opportunity to harvest some unhappy GW
owners. By the time they get the bike on the market, if they ever do,
Honda will have corrected the problems we've seen in recent years.
The GW is THE touring bike and will only get better.
