Lowrance iWay 500c

I've been using the lowrance iWay 500c for several months now and have
few problems with it.

I do have an open problem where the voice instructions cause the unit
to reboot upon startup if navigation is on and mp3 player is off.

Turn on the mp3 player, or turn off either navigation or voice
instructions and there isn't a problem.

Lowrance instructed me to try and soft and hard reset... no change in
the problem. So now I have to decide if its worth sending it back to
them. This is a very minor problem and I'm not sure I want to be
without it for that long...
