PROCEDURE TO APPLY TO O.D

Hai all,

           Following is the procedure for  applying for Original degree.

For 

A. ORIGINAL  DEGREE: Application with xerox copies of  Xth ,b-tech original degree not provisional and provisional of m-tech which has  to be taken from college.APPLICATION fee of 800 for convocation or 1200 for no convocation which will be sent to student's address  has to be taken in form of challan or dd only.

B.PROVISIONAL  CERTIFICATE:application with xerox copies of Xth,no due  fee of 200 in form of chalaln or dd.

C.TRANSFER CERTIFICATE:Application will be given at principal ofiice.We should attach one passport size colour photo,ORIGINAL no due certificate,XEROX OF provisional of m-tech and b-tech.NO FEE for this.STUDY CERTIFICATE will also be given at the same time  with no separate application.

D.CGPA TO % CONVERSION.Application with xerox copies of Xth, PROVISIONAL/LAST grade card of M-TECH,A fee of 200 should be taken in form of challan or dd.

E.Migration :Application with xApplication with xerox copies of Xth, PROVISIONAL/LAST grade card of M-TECH,A fee of 150 should be taken in form of challan or dd.

                 

       APPLICATION FORM FOR PROVISIONAL,CGPA TO % CONVERSION AND MIGRATION IS SAME.SEPARATE APPLICATION HAS TO B SUBMITTED FOR EACH.

        Last date for submission is 16th od august.

       If original degree application submittted without any of requirements,they will put aside your application and inform to you .application is not forwarded until  you didn,t submit all the requirements 

      

NOTE:

1.  PROVISONAL IS ISSUED AT OPPOSITE ROOM OF H.O.D OF OUR SEPARTMENT.

2.  TC AND STUDY CERTIFICATE IS ISSUED AT PRINCIPAL'S OFICE

3.O.D,MIGRATION AND CGPA TO % CONVERSION HAS TO BE SUBMITTED AT ADMINISITARTION BHAVAN  SECOND FLOOR.

LAST DATE WITH  FINE OF 300/- IS 23RD AUGUST 2014
