Strange formula in Document "Interface specification IS-GPS-200, Revision D, March 2006"

In the Interface specification, IS-GPS-200, Revision D, March 2006, I
found on page 97, Table 20-IV, in the last formula something strange.
I think the expression [(1-e cos Ek)] above and below the fraction
bar, is not necessary and could be removed. What do you think about
that?
