Memorial for our member and brother, Michael Brown- Saturday 5/27 5 p.m.

Dear friends,

With sadness and hope, GHCC announces the homegoing of our brother and member Michael Brown. "Mr. Mike" didn't have an easy life and he thought for himself; it took ten years of relationship and building trust before he came to church. Once he came, his joy in the church and in the Lord were clear to everyone. His constant testimony was that we should be thankful and that we should not be afraid.

Please pray for his wife Sis and for all of those who enjoyed his friendship, whether at church or on Tacoma Street, where he was always repairing a car or fixing a bike for a neighborhood kid or gardening, and where his music was always playing.

We will celebrate his life together at a memorial service this coming Saturday at 5 p.m. We will have a potluck fellowship meal together after.
