Hi Mapping Competition Organizer Team,

Would it be possible for us to get around on this Friday evening to
discuss about the planning for competition event ? Some of the team
plan to go holiday out of the city on Saturday.

So, here is my propose meeting.

Place: InSTEDD

Hi guys,

I planned to join last week meeting, but it was canceled.

I have talked to Borey and I've got a brief idea of this event. I've also told him that I may be able to find some supports for this event: media, communication channels, banner/leaflet productions etc. But before that, I need to have a full view of this project, how far you want to make it and what are the supports that you guys are looking for, etc.
