Looking for a freelancer Android developer

I'm looking for a native android developer on a freelancer bases, starting as soon as possible, preferably based in Phnom Penh.

Work would include enhancing an existing android app(s) with new features.

Required skills:

-Confident Java Native Android development skills

-Eclipse Android tools, also would be good to migrate the app to IntelliJ

-Source control systems (project uses SVN)

-Communication in English

Optional skils:

-SQLLite DB for android (not necessary to have experience, however at least any SQL experience is desired)

There should be a weekly catch up with me somewhere in Phnom Penh.
