  SATURDAY,   AUGUST  23   6:00- 8:00  P.M.       Northshore  Park,  The Woodlands     FREE!!

    

    FREE!!   Outdoors at the Park.  Bring lawn chairs, cooler, favorite beverages, alcohol is O. K. umbrella.  We will benefit from a cool front, high of 86. See you there. See Dr. Bob add his harmonicas to the mix.

    Gorilla Dance Band will again participate in the Houston Blues Society sponsored, International Blues Challenge.  Can the GDB blues out TX Psychedelic FunkTM?   Of course, Dr. Bob has agreed to play mouth harp with us. Gonna update the roots Memphis sound.

 

Kinda, real roots is jugs and mostly homemade instruments, modern roots is electric and screaming guitars, we can do that.  Winners compete in Memphis and win fabulous prizes too.

The Gorilla Dance Band welcomes Dr. Bob, the real deal harmonica player.  Also, not pictured at www.gorilladanceband.com  GDB welcomes  G. Joshua, our favorite guitar player. Joshua was with us several years ago, we missed him a whole lot. His screaming guitar leads are back.
