8:45 – 9:00 Charity presentation: CASS “ThirstAid” campaign
9:00 – 9:30 GBH/Polycom presentation: “UC Collaboration with
Polycom”, presented by Kjell Anderson, Polycom. Mobility platform
demonstration by Richard Fann, Polycom.
9:30 – 10:00 GBH/Plantronics presentation: “The Last 3 Feet of
the UC solution – Anytime, Anywhere, on Any Device”, presented by
Wendy Welch, Plantronics
10:00 – 10: 15 Break
10:15 – 11:15 Avaya presentation: “BYOD wireless access security /
ID Engines” presented by Rick Piorkowski
11:15 – 11:30 Closing Remarks and RAFFLE DRAWINGS
The charity we’re supporting for this meeting is the Central Arizona
Shelter Services. Their “ThirstAid” campaign is in progress until
September 30th. The goal is to raise 500,000 bottles of water for the
homeless (approximately 20,000 cases) by September 30th. Please
donate bottled water cases and/or monetary donations.
