Best Western International has an open position for a Sr. IT Voice Engineer, located in Phoenix. Phoenix is home to Best Western International’s Corporate Headquarters as well as a 300+ seat call center. BWI is in the process of migrating from a legacy Nortel ACD and PBX environment, to an Avaya “Red” solution, including: Communication Manager, G450 Gateways, Session Manager, System Manager, ACE for Microsoft Lync, Aura Messaging, Aura Contact Center and more.
An ideal candidate would have a strong background in Avaya “Red” hardware and applications, preferably in a Contact Center environment.
