How this Works?

We've had some questions on why someone is getting people before
someone else on the list. The list was first come first serve.
But....

Let's say Melissa has been working on someone since the first of the
year and now with the group they want to sign up....So Melissa's put a
lot of time and effort into that person, should that person go
somewhere where it isn't going to benefit Melissa or could that person
be put under a person under her that is waiting for her two?

Or, Mariangie has a cousin that wants to sign up. Should that family
member be put under Tab or under someone under Mariangie so that
Mariangie can benefit from her cousin?

We talked about this as a group and decided that it was only fair that
if someone comes in thru your personal website, you've been working
with someone for months to get them signed up, or if you have a family
member or friend that that person would and could go under someone
under you...that way you benefit directly from them being there.
