Subject: Mike for Dave: Talk on recent Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty Conference - Monday14 June
Date: Fri, 11 Jun 2010 17:18:26 +0100

Hi Dave,

I'm not sure if this has gone out via the Aberdeen Stop the War email group although I sent it this morning.  Are you able to pass this on? I'm not sure who the moderator(s) are.

BTW, thanx for all you efforts re: the Quiz. Everyone I spoke to said it was a good night.

CU Saturday at the UTG.

Mike

We are pleased to announce that Alan Mackinnon, Chair of Scottish CND, will be giving a talk at the next Aberdeen CND meeting.  He will report back from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty which held its 8th Review Conference during 3-28 May in New York.

This will give us the opportunity to hear the latest information, ask questions and discuss how we move forward, following the election and the NNPT conference.

The meeting will take place at 7pm on Monday 14th June in the Seminar room at the Belmont Cinema, Belmont Street.  All are welcome.

The talk and question and answer session will be followed by an Aberdeen CND organising meeting - all those who would like to stay on for this are welcome.
