MARXISM NOW LESS THAN A MONTH AWAY

Marxism 2011 will begin on June 30^th – day of coordinated strike action and mass resistance.  The opening rally will feature Len McCluskey (Unite gen sec), Mark Serwotka (PCS gen sec), leading Egyptian trade unionists and others.  It will be explosive!  But that’s not all – with five days, over 200 meetings, music and film late into the night – Marxism is the biggest event of its kind in Europe.

With less than a month to go and 2700 bookings in total – more than ever before at this stage – things are really heating up.

-          We run a huge free crèche – but creche bookings need to be in by June 15^th

-          We are proud to offer free accommodation in London – but we need to know about accommodation requirements asap.

-          With revolutions across the Middle East, revolts across Europe and protests and meetings taking place here every day we want to pump out as much new publicity as possible to relate to events as they unfold.  But that needs money – Marxism is a not-for-profit event so we can only spend what we make in bookings.
