Track Workout 6/20

Hey Everyone,
I was thinking for the track workout today we could do ladder workout similar to what we've been doing consisting of: 2x400m, 3x800m, 2x400m, with half the distance recovery in between laps. Then maybe some strides afterwards if the field isn't being used (when you run across the football field a few times at a fast, but relaxed pace). See you at Fairfax HS at 7!

Also, someone (i forgot who it was) was mentioning starting later during these hot summer months. How does starting at 7:30 next week sound to everyone?

I can't make it tonight and 7:30 works for me!
