Track workout tomorrow at Fairfax High School Track at 7pm.

Workout: a ladder of 2x400, 3x800, 2x400, with a recovery of half the
distance. So, the workout will be run 400, recovery 200, run 400,
recovery 200......

I loved the track workout! It was my first ever and I'll be back for more.
