Hi everyone,
One of the best running experiences that I've ever had occurred last spring when I ran my first relay race. Collectively, 11 friends and I ran 200 miles through the rolling hills and Civil War parks of Gettysburg, PA to the C & O Canal that led us to the Washington Harbor in Washington, D.C. in just about 30 hours. Sound fun to you?
Bob Fleshman, race director of the American Odyessey Relay, will be at Fairfax Pacers from 6:45-8:00pm tomorrow, Thursday 12/1 to answer your questions about the relay, register teams at a discounted rate, and even to give away free AOR swag! Also, some members of my team, The Sweaty Dozen, will be present to testify to why running relays are a GOOD idea, and an experience that you'll never forget.
