No Long Run Sat - option to join Alexandria group at Burke Lake

There will be no official long run on Saturday, due to the holiday, but the Alexandria group is meeting at Burke Lake on Saturday at 7:45 to start running at 8.  The circle around Burke Lake is 4.5mi, so you can run multiples of that.  I may or may not be there, depending on how much Black Friday festivities I partake in.

 

Speaking of Black Friday, Pacers Alexandria (the "other" Old Town) and Clarendon are having Black Friday sales - 6am-8am=30% Off.  8am-10am=20% Off.  10am-6pm=10%.
