Track workout tonight at Fairfax High School at 7:30pm.
Workout: straights and curves. Each lap, run the straights hard and jog
the curves to recover. The straights shouldn't be a full sprint, but more
like tempo pace. Run as many laps as you want; I'd suggest you aim for at
least 10 laps.
Bring water tonight! Its gonna be hot: drink and listen to your body.
