Track Workout 6/27

Hey Everyone,
We'll be at Fairfax HS doing a track workout again today, but we're trying a new time of 7:30 to see if half an hour is enough to beat the heat. I was thinking we could do some 400 repeats. We can do 10x400m with a 200m recovery between each lap. It would probably be best to run at a pace a little slower than your 5k pace (or your goal pace if you want to improve). And again, we're gonna be starting at 7:30 tonight. See you out there!
