1. Improved the speed of the software for tasks that are performed
when a table first becomes active. If you multi-table and use the
"Preset Bet" feature on the street bet tabs OR if you use OSD1/2
display, you should now see an improvement in the responsiveness in
the software when a table first activates.

2. Added "Deny and Close 'Re-Login Attempted' Dialog Box" checkbox to
the Dialogs tab. This can be used to prevent an "unauthorized" user
(on a different computer) from logging into your Full Tilt account
(even if they had your password). Of course, you must have Shortcuts
and the Full Tilt Poker client software always running on your main
computer for this to be useful).

3. Made some cosmetic changes to the OSD1/2 display when displaying
the Pot size.
