New Version 3.08 6/11/08
1. Changed the way Control-ESC works: nearly all features in Shortcuts
are disabled when Control-ESC is pressed (whereas before just all
hotkeys were disabled).
2. Full Tilt added Super Turbo Sit&Goes. Shortcuts now supports these.
3. Changed some text and text colors on the graphical user interface.
4. Fixed problem where OSD3 and OSD4 displays were not erased
correctly when using overlapped (cascaded) tables
