New Version 3.11 7/17/08
1. Added feature: There is now a checkbox on the Dialogs tab to enable/
disable "Automatically (and continually) move the Seat Available
dialog box to the forefront".
2. Added feature: On the Actions3 tab you can specify and key to open/
close the Cashier window.
