New Version 3.38 5/12/2009
1. Fixed problem where some Fixed bets (like All In) would not also
press the Bet/Raise button (if this feature was enabled).
2. Fixed problem where the "Login Preferences" dialog box was closed
automatically if "Login and Close" was checked on the Dialogs tab.
3. Fixed problem where sometimes a Fixed bet would do a min raise
instead of the desired amount.
4. Fixed problem with the bet sizes on PL Capped games.
